I would like a website but do not know where to start?

Most people will start the website process by doing lots of research on their own. When you have finally reached a point where you have chosen an experienced and qualified web developer, you should put forward your requirements clearly, such as the purpose that your website will serve, your participation in the process of the creation of your website and the final budget that you have for the proposed website.

How much will a Website cost?

The final cost of the website depends on many factors, including the strategic planning and development involved, web design, graphic design, SEO, web maintenance, web hosting. We will be able to give you a quote after you have given us the details of your requirements. Please feel free to contact us for free quotation.

How long does it take to develop a Website?

Again, it is dependent on many factors, including the size of your website, the complexity of your website design and our priorities at the given time. We will be able to give you a rough idea of the time involved once all the details have been clarified with you. Delays in receiving text or images from the client will affect the completion date.

Can you help re-design my current website, which is out dated?

Some sites can be upgraded but some may need more work. We will have a look at your current website and salvage as much as possible for you. Redesigning usually involves all the work that is required to develop a new website - such as the initial consultation, graphic design, SEO, web maintenance etc.

I already have a website that was developed by somebody else; can you update it for me?

Yes, we can update an existing website for you. We need to know some additional details, such as where it is hosted and the log in details, and also the details that you required to be updated. If you are unsure of anything please feel free to contact us for more information.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a 30% deposit when the client signs the contract, 30% payment at stage two and the balance on completion.

Will I be involved in the development of my Website?

Yes, you will be involved at all levels of the development of your website. We will have an initial consultation and then we will keep you informed of progress.

What is your preferred mode of payment?

Upon receipt of our invoice you have 30 days to pay by cheque or cash.
